Biography

Andra lives in Pastores with her mother and six siblings. Their house is rented and is a single room made of sheet metal with a cement floor. The family has 3 beds between the 8 family members. Andra’s mother makes and sells tortillas with Andra’s grandmother and they earn Q1500 ($200) a month between them. This year, Andra is in 1st grade. Andra’s favourite colour is purple and her favourite food is fried chicken. Her favourite animals are rabbits. In her free time she likes to solve puzzles. When she is older, Andra would like to be a doctor. Her favourite subject in school is English and her goal for this year is to run faster. If she could have any superpower, Andra would have the power to be invisible. If she had $1 million, Andra would buy a motorbike and pay her school fees.
