Biography
Rosi lives in San Juan Alotenango with her mother, father, 5 sisters, 2 brothers, brother-in-law and niece. Their house is being loaned to them and is made of sheet metal with a dirt floor. The family uses firewood to cook their food. This year, the Project has supported the family with a bunkbed, stove and Ecofilter. Rosi’s father works in the fields and earns Q1200 ($160) a month. This year, Rosi is in 1st grade.
Rosi’s favorite color is red and her favorite food is beans. Her favorite animals are rabbits. In her free time she likes to draw and color in pictures.
When she is older, Rosi would like to be a lawyer. Her favorite subject in school is math and her goal for this year is to help her mother more in the house.
If she could have any superpower, Rosi would have the power to talk to animals. If she had $1 million, Rosi would buy clothes and use the rest to help her mother.
