Biography

Mabel lives with her parents and her siblings in a one room adobe house with a cement floor. Her father works as a carpenter and earns about $275 per month. The family depends on others to provide food for them. Dampness permeates the walls of the house and is causing health problems.

Mabel likes to draw and paint and her favorite class is art. Her favorite color is pink and she likes dogs. She likes children´s music. She would like to be a doctor someday to help children with their health.
